You're lucky all you got away with is having your videos deleted.
Copyright infringement is serious, and I would leave it alone. Consider it as a nice warning from YouTube. Thank them. And leave it alone.

you are very lucky that youtube and DIC merely deleted your videos. the statutory fine is $1000 for each and every download distributed from your submission. this is why youtube is quick to comply, much better than legal action. if you put them back up after you have been warned, then that will be considered deliberate and intentional infringement, which could land you in jail. removing the copyright notice by editing is essentially an admission of guilt on your part, don't do it.

Youtube does not care that you have a disclaimer. If they provide a venue for that sort of copyright violation (even if it appears to fall under Fair Use) they will get sued. They were forced to be this strict after some major lawsuits. If you must host copyrighted material, talk host it yourself or on a less-mainstream site that doesn't get as much traffic. Contact me if you want any help finding hosting.

You shouldn't be posting stuff that's copyrighted by other people or companies. If they own the rights to those videos, then even deleting their logo will not keep you safe. They own all of the rights to publish them, regardless of whether or not their logo is included...Which means that if you don't have their permission, it's illegal for you to publish them anywhere.

Yeah you know why? because it wasn't your videos to begin with. You could only post videos that R your owns otherwise you could go to jail for copyright infringement. So be careful!

I agree with unagieel on this one, dude. First off, Copyright Infringement is wrong and illegal. Second, those are not your videos and you could go to jall. Youtube did the right thing.

You will need to cut the DIC out of each video then upload them again.
