I am asking all you Laker fans, I understand you want the best player in the NBA to stay, but he just called your orginization dumb basically! Where is your Laker pride? Why are you taking the side of the player and not the orginization? If Jeter did that to the Yankees he would be A-Rod!
If you are a true Laker fan, you want Kobe to stay and shut his damn mouth, play for the team and win. If he demands a trade from the orginization you truly love, like Lamar Odom did to the Clippers, screw him, let him go! Kobe will be gone 15 years from now, but the Lakers will still be here, so if you say you are a true Laker fan and not a fly by night as Shaq would say "FAKE" fan, you don't take Kobe's side! It's that simple.
So why are you choosing Kobe over the Laker orginization?

ok i'm a real fan seriously i am...and if you think about it..what has kobe done for the team since he was "leader"...nothing much...it's time to let him go and for the lakers to find a new "leader" that will bring us championships. GO LAKERS! I support what every their decision is.

I have to agree. It's quite sad to see all these band wagon fans nowadays. "I'm a Lakers fan because of Kobe." " I'm a Cavs fans because of LeBron."
What happened to rooting for your TEAM? I'm a Rockets fan, and I endured several years of losing (anyone remember the intimidating starting lineup of Matt Maloney, Drew Barry and Othella Harrington?). Before that, I didn't care about T-Mac. When T-Mac came aboard, I was a T-Mac fan BECAUSE he played for the Rockets.
So why choose Kobe over the Lakers? Simple. These guys are KOBE fans who don't care about the Lakers. Hell, if the Lakers trade Kobe, true Lakers fans would stick by the team and not the individual player.

Okay i am a laker fan BECAUSE of kobe. I dont care about jerry buss, lamar odom, or anybody else. I watch basketball to learn and be entertained. Without kobe i dont learn any moves and i am completely bored. I always change channells when kobe isnt playing. Well, thats my opinion anyway. Have a great day :)

cuz kobe is the best show in NBA and GM didn't do what they promised which is rebuilding the lakers to become a team that is competitive enuff for the ring....
