I'd always choose the moral obligation over the legal ones.

Unfortunately, the courts don't see it that way, so if you're going to do something illegal keep in mind that they won't care if it's the right thing to do.

Moral, but generally moral ones do not violate laws. If you are in a catch 22, then you walk away, like pharmacist that won't fill certain prescriptions. If they are going to be a pharmacist, you can't pick or chose which prescriptions you will fill and which ones you wont! If they can't do that, they belong in a different field! It isn't them who is taking the medication!

If you are talking about abortion, don't have one. God gave you no authority to speak for him!

If you are talking about execution, you don't have to support that either.

In the military you don't have to obey an order that you know is illegal. In Vietnam those were usually settled by someone getting fragged!

I don't think anyone has to be a hoarder of money, like many, and a hater of millions, like many. You don't have to subscribe to that either. Didn't someone say once that those who do that, a camel has a better chance of going through an eye of a needle than them getting into Heaven!

Guess it depends on how much you want to rationalize away those things you deem moral. But also realize, one can still be moral, following their obligation, and disagree with you! That is another one which will be settled else where!

I would follow moral obligation before legal, hands down.

Moral! I feel as though a moral obligation covers almost all bases for legal.

It would really depend on the actual situation. I have high morals so I'd definitely hope to follow my moral obligations first, but I couldn't say for sure.

They are one in the same. You are morally obligated to follow the law and you are legally obligated to be moral.

I would hope that the two would not be at odds with one another. I would likely follow the legal obligation first, because my morals tell me to always operate within the law.

Kind of like the chicken and the egg, isn't it?

That depends. Probably moral. Legal stuff is just rules. Moral stuff is...moral. Morals are more important than any laws could be. However, it would depend on the situation. I don't fancy being hanged.
