It might not be the blood type as much as what the victim eats. Like mosquitos seem to love me more if I eat alot of bananas (I'm scared to say banana on Answers, its such a contraversal fruit. U_U...),so I'm pretty sure your blood taste different to blood sucking animals depending on what you put in it vampires included. :P
