Aren't you tired of people trying to Ghettoize America? Doesn't multiculturalism suck? Isn't it boring and ugly. There's nothing sexy or interesting about it--right? If it was a good thing, the people who favor it wouldn't be poverty stricken degenerates--right?

Lets get our definitions straight. Real multiculturalism, where people retain certain customs from their past, is good. Otherwise we wouldn't have pizza, chow main or Asian Martial arts among other things.
Libs PC multiculturalism is the belief that all cultures are uniformly good, except ours which is totally evil. It is THAT "multiculturalism" that is destroying our society.

Who is trying to ghettoize america and how does multiculturalism suck? NOt everyone's gonna be the same boring person like you or as pretty like you, pretty like dumb and ignorant, or as rich, who cares about how much money you have or how sexy you look, any ****** animal can look sexy for their boo-kie-boo, go buy yourself a brain. There are lots of things sexy and interesting about other cultures, don't try and throw us this crap about how uninteresting ppl of different races live their lives. Don't talk s.h.i.t about other ppl you don't know. And for your reality check, the majority of the US is in the lower middle class, less than 1% are the rich upper class. Don't call ppl poverty stricken degenerates, the lower class made this country what it is, without reforms and years of speaking out against injustice, this country wouldn't be America. What makes you think that all citizens in this country don't have a rite to be any other race besides white? We should all find interesting ways to kick your ***, i'm sure lots of ppl would think thats hawt. Reality is there was multicultural bloodshed for this country b4 we even called this place America, sounds like you want this country to work backwards. Too bad, cuz maybe next time you'll be the one to pay. $$$

Assimilation works, that is what built America!

"In the first place, we should insist that if the immigrant who comes here in good faith becomes an American and assimilates himself to us, he shall be treated on an exact equality with everyone else, for it is an outrage to discriminate against any such man because of creed, or birthplace, or origin. But this is predicated upon the person's becoming in every facet an American, and nothing but an American. There can be no divided allegiance here. Any man who says he is an American, but something else also, isn't an American at all. We have room for but one flag, the American flag. We have room for but one language here, and that is the English language... and we have room for but one sole loyalty and that is a loyalty to the American people."

Im a liberal, proud liberal. I dont push this idea. Accepting another human for their beliefs or creed though is necessary for an advanced civilization. Look at those you see on TV that espouse racism. DOnt they just make you embarrased? They embarrass me, and most other Americans with a modicum of intelligence. Acceptance of variety. Thats all. Others might see it as pushing, etc. But its just a matter of us trying to get the 'right' to wake up in the 21st century before they get left back and marginaized, because no one takes their atavistic opinions seriously. We are just trying to help these people, as they are fellow Americans, and we do want a strong, and intelligent America. A compassionate America.

honestly theres no such thing really. Go to any major university in the USA that embraces this idea and what you find is this...
The Indians hang out with the Indians
Vietnamese with Vietnamese

basically the only culture sharing that occurs is in the Sociology major classes otherwise everyone sticks with people they recognize as similar.
If you believe in melting pot why is there little italy, little china, etc etc.
I am not against the idea theres just no evidence it actually exists.

I agree.

People are not assimilating anymore. Assimilating means to blend in. Immigrants have not bothered to do that in dozens of years. Thanks to PCism, people who now come to this country barely, if at all, learn English or our American customs and traditions. Everyone wants to be different. I grew up in the 70's and had many Hispanic friends, but they never spoke the language outside of their homes in respect for others. My friends spoke perfect English. There were no classes for non-English speakers anywhere. Nowadays, God-forbid if someone learns the language of the country or even tries to fit in here in the USA. This is one of the things that is killing the USA.

In order to take over a nation the first thing you must do is sever the root, the culture of the people, when that is accomplished the rest is easy.

The socialists will not rest until they succeed at destroying us, or we put them in a hole.

My GOD, this has to be one of the most ignorant things I've heard today

God forbid one of those "ghettoized americans" ends up signing your paychecks someday. At that point you would be best off just signing it over to charity.

Ahh, but then you would be supporting those despisable poverty stricken degenerates, wouldn't you?!
HMMM, it's a conundrum

I personally see mulitculturalism about as effective as multi-tasking. You can only do one thing at a time in one place at a time. You can only please one person at a time. It's great to be knowledgeable about other things.....but when push comes to shove....no one can be and do and think for all people equally at the same time.

You can't raise kids and be at work.....and be successful without help. The nanny is no more important than you would be if you weren't at your job trying to make someone else do better at their job to do better for something else for someone else at their job which in turn did something else for you.....

To pull a cog out of any wheel....screws it up..
