I put the box on and the new exhaust on and my engine siezed the exhaust was cherry red pretty far back i have another engine but i want to make sure i dont smoke that one to,is there anything else i should do before testing this one out?

you need a Jet Kit. Usually it is recommended when putting on an aftermarket exhaust.
I use Dnyojet Jet kits and had no problems yet. A kit is usually around 40 to 80 bucks.

Don't use the rev box.
It may be defective and advanced the timing to much, which fried your engine.
Installing a pipe without re-jetting, will not seize an engine.

SOUNDS LIKE YOUR JETTING NEEDS RICHENING FOR AFTERMARKET EXHAUST,AND CHUCK THE REV BOX "GIZMOTRON",JUST AS GUARDRAIL JIM HAS SUGGESTED.
