If its early in your pregnancy (the first 3 months) its probably your uterus growing, It shouldn't be anything to worry about unless your also bleeding. If you are that concerned about it, you should go to your DR

It could be a number of things. I recently went to the hospital because I was having pain I have never felt before, and this is my 3rd pregnancy, come to find out it was a pain called " round ligament pain" it occurs on the lower left side, read up on it, it can be a very painful pain.

If you are at the beginning of your pregnancy it is just your body stretching itself in preparation to home a soon-to-be-child. However, if you are farther than your first few months check with your doctor. You could be having an eptopic pregnancy or even just health problems like appenicitis. And remeber, if you are unsure about anything always check with your doctor. He/She will give you the best advice you can ask for.

Hospital now, no questions asked, if she's getting shoulder pains then she needs to be seen ASAP. If she gets dizzy or confused/disorientated, call an ambulance as this *could* mean it's ruptured, in which case she could be bleeding internally and needs help fast xx

As long as your getting prenatal care i doubt its anything seriouse. I get abdominal pain all the time and my doctor said its from my uterus growing. get checked out by a doctor to make sure its not anything major.

Depends on how far along you are, if its in the beginning of your pregnancy then it can be your body stretching to make room for your baby and his or her growth. Cramps are normal, dont worry, good luck!!!

If your in your 2nd or 3rd month you will have BAD cramps that feel like period cramps. (first time prego exspecily) It's your belly stretching! If it doubles you over then I would be worried. If your farther along then that and having cramps..I would ask the doctor.

It could be your ligaments stretching. I had that more in my first trimester than I do now, but I still have that pain sometimes.

It could be an ectopic pregnancy, it could be appendicitis, or a variety of other things.
