achieve a passing score in the ASVAB test required by the United States Government to join the Military?
If he can't pass the test then how can he claim to be Commander and Chief if he can't compete intellectually with his soldiers?
Isn't it about time with his failed war tactics he's tested to see if he is competant to continue with his present strategies and international war policies?
After all the definition of insanity has always been of someone who repeatedly makes the same decisions but each time expects different results.
Could he pass the very same test his subordinates are expected to pass if required of him?

I never said that Bill and Hilary Clinton are sane.In fact I believe both of them have taken a permenent vacation somewhere over the rainbow.
But Bush seems to be making the same mistakes especially with his trying to shove amnesty down our throats and insisting that our soldiers abide by the Rules of Engangement.
I don't know what the answer to winning the war might be but I do know the way we're going about it now is not the way.
If it were, we would have already won it by now.
But something has to change because the road we're headed down right now is leading us to no where quick.
If at first you don't suceed change directions and go about it a differnt way.
What has been done differently in the last couple of years to win this war?
How smart is it to continue on this way when we're just going around in circles?

Bush the "weekend warrior" from Texas, while young American boys were being drafted and sent to Vietnam. . .
Daddy Bush was a congressman in the Vietnam era. Although there was a waiting list of "150,000" to get into the Texas Air National Guard, due to the likely hood of going to Vietnam was extremely low, Bush Jr "claims" his buddy told him about the Guard, and zap he joined and got in. Hmm, not a thing to do with "Congressman Daddy."
Bush Jr. score the lowest possible score in his quest to become a Pilot.
Does this answer your question on the "C" average man from Yale, who became the President of the United states ONLY by the Supreme Court, and NOT voted in by the American people?

Can you? Look, you can complain about the president, like many other people, but it does take intelligence to get to one of the highest offices in our country. At least he was honorable enough to SERVE in the military, unlike "slick willie" who did not. Also, as far as the definition of insanity, Bill Clinton got caught cheating with Gennifer Flowers, lied about it, and almost got thrown out of his governorship, but there he went again, going at it with Monica Lewinsky, and lying to a Grand Jury. If it's good enough to gripe about Bush with, you might as well use it to it's fullest potential. And this lunatic's WIFE is now trying to be our president!?! If she is elected, then the American public will be the ones who are insane.

ADDTL:
The one thing that bothers me is that because the liberal media claims that we are "losing the war", people believe that. There is no winner or loser in a war, there are just changes that come about because of war, and changes have been made. Iraq is the only Islamic country that has a constitution requiring women to hold a percentage of offices in their government. Iraq is connected to the world. You can't expect a population that has had to live most of their lives under a sadistic dictator to all of a sudden snap into living in a democracy. America didn't. We had to fight for years for true democracy. Where we are going to see a significant change in Iraq is when the children who are now growing up in a free society are old enough to make political decisions. Only then will democracy truly prevail.

Also, if you did take the ASVAB, and passed it, you know that it is an extremely easy test that almost anyone with a high school education can pass. Don't lower yourself to silly questions about a man with an IQ of 140+. Whether he made C's at Yale or not, he still attended and passed. And that's more than most Americans these days.

I don't agree with Bush's policies and execution of strategy as much as anyone who's opposed to them as well.

That said, attacking his intellect will not yield the results you're searching for; even if what you're seeking is to feel good about , "Sticking it to the man."

Say what you want about Bush, dumb or unintelligent is most definitely not one of them. Even as someone who disagrees with about 90% of his policies, I have to yield the fact that Mr. Bush is an intelligent man. You can't conflate intelligence with articulation. Many bright people do not make the best public speaker and vice versa.

I sense that you, like myself, are passionate about the failed prosecution of this war, including the reason for going there in the first place; fair enough.

My advice, for what it's worth, and coming from a Gulf War Vet (Thanks 41!) is attack the policy and not the policymaker and leave the personal attacks to the professionals; the conservatives, in my humble opinion. Don't give in to it. You have plenty, and I mean plenty of factual information and data to make an intelligent case against Bush without resorting to personal attacks.

We have to bring civil discourse back into the marketplace of ideas in our country and that has to start somewhere. I challenge you to set the example. It's a lesson I had to learn myself.

Best regards and best wishes.

I think he could pass it with flying colors. I've taken it and it's not all that hard. Also that test has absolutely nothing to do with strategies and tactics. Most presidents don't know a thing about tactics and strategies, that's what the Joint Chiefs of Staff are for.

He's a Lame Duck. Save his pushing us into another war where he has the authority to declare Martial Law, he will remain a Lame Duck.
He will do whatever he wants as long as he is in power.
I don't care what the democrats promise. I think they're all hopeless... Republicans also.
as for your question, he may be "Commander in Chief," but he lacks the skills necessary to make serious decisions.
We see that by his vacillating from the advice of one military bigwig to another.
pathetic

I totally agree with jev. President Bush is exactly what his title states. President. Being in the military and being president are two entirely different jobs. If you were trying to prove a point with this post, consider yourself dissed. Seriously
