arrestaed again what is wrong with them? do tey think they're untouchable by the law cause they are stars?

Suspicion of driving under the influence (i.e. "drunk driving.")

Anyone can take enough drinks to make bad decisions behind the wheel. Someone with as much money as Lindsay Lohan could hire a designated driver / chaperone -- but in Miss Lohan's case, staying away from the alcoholic crowd would be a better choice.
