Listening to Gospel because many Gospel songs minister to me when I listen to the messages close enough, praying to God, talking to God, and writing e-mail to either my AOL best friend or Yahoo! Sweetheart, just knowing I can be as long or short winded as I need/want to be and both will respond as soon as they're able to, after reading every single word of the e-mail I sent them.

E-mails or phone calls from friends. Brightens up everything.
Hearing from my kids is especially cheering.

My dogs! Somehow whenever I feel bad they seem to know and they come and cuddle up to me :)
