We would have to know WHICH Dell Dimension 3000 you are speaking of to know for certain.

3000 just indicates the series, there are literally hundreds of different configurations it could be.

But, I can say with confidence that it will most likely NOT have PCI-e.

Typically you'd open it to find out if it has PCI Express slots. I'll save you the trouble and look it up for you...

Nope. All it has is three regular PCI slots. If you want a video upgrade, you'll have to buy a PCI video card.

no i believe the 3000 was the last desktop made b4 pci-e was introduced, but if it does it would only be pci-e x1 not x16 so u cound not put a x16 graphics card in it
