I going to have an award in the" Annual Senior Scholarship and Awards Program" in my high school. I happend to be awarded for "physical science". Now does this really have value or is it just a piece of paper? what do audience think of the person who won an award?

Your Grandma will be very proud of you, and tell all her friends what a bright boy you are. She has probably been doing this for years anyway, but now she will have more proof. The audience will clap politely just like they do for all the other awards.
Seriously, it is just recognition of your accomplishments. As graduating senior you have probably already decided on which college, and been accepted. If you have been wait-listed at your first choice, it would not hurt to send a photo-copy, but it probably will not have any affect on their decision.
Congratulations.

It really depends on how you feel. If you are proud of it and show it, everyone will be proud (plus also very happy for you) of you. Oh and by the way, one million congratulations to you!
