i want to make the flower girl basket for my wedding and am looking for a certain design. i would like the bottom round and then at the top fan out, making a bigger circle at the top.

Are you sure? That one's not round, and the top doesn't fan out. AnyHoo, the insutructions come with the pattern, and it's only $5.00 with the shipping.
Or, if you have a family member who has worked with canvas before, the seller gives you all the measurements, They could just cut the 6-sided bottom, sides and handle as shown, and stitch them up according to the picture. The picture is so clear, they could even count the spaces.
