So far, I have 77.78% in my math class. If the final is worth 200 points, and my overall grade (with the final) is 800 points, what percent do I have to score on my final to make an overall B?

Assuming 80% is good for a B, you are currently 2.22% below a B.

The final is worth a third as many points as everything else put together.

Hence, to bring your average up to 80%, you need to score 6.66% above that.

In other words: You need to score 86.66% on the final.

Your current average is 75% of your grade. The final exam is worth 25%.

if z=minimum overall grade desired then and x=final exam grade then

x=(z-(77.78*.75))/.25

So if a B started at an 85, for example, you'd have

x=(85-(77.78*.75))/.25
=106.66% which may be a stretch, so hopefully a B starts below that.
