22/6x + x/6x = 16/6x + 19x/6x

(22 + x)/6x = (16 + 19x)/6x
multiply both sides by 6x to cancel them out
your left with

22 + x = 16 + 19x
22 = 16 + 18x
6 = 18 x

6/18 = x
reduce to lowest terms

1/3 = x

6x=13

x=13/6
