Cross dressing is a compulsion. When I was younger I found wearing girls clothes was sexually exciting but as I have got older I still have the compulsion to wear female clothes but now I find it very relaxing. I understand some gay men do it to attract other men. No it is not serious unless you damage your wife's best dress when you are trying it on and then it is serious. Actually transvestism is not in any way a harmful sexual diversion.

Some men crossdress because it gives them a feeling of well-being, pleasure, sexual gratification, and self-identity. Their brains release a mess of neurotransmitters when they do so, and this gives them an addiction response. So they feel they NEED to crossdress. Since they know it doesn't seem rational, they justify it by saying they are part female... there's this female inside them... weird.

Not all men who wear women's clothes will get this response. Its hard wired into their brains from an early age.

Is it a serious matter. Yes, it is to the crossdresser. He thinks about it all the time. Its the addiction response. Like an addiction he will have to gain some control over it or it will gain control over him. Best to put limits on your crossdressing and stick to your limits.

OK, couple of matters. First - thanks from a crossdresser. Thanks for being type and considerate and open minded. This could be a far nicer international with extra humans that had a spark of compassion. Next factor - I feel it is an exquisite concept! Your brother will have to be equipped to comprehend that the Bride is the big name of the marriage ceremony. Nothing will have to distract from her certain day - the day SHE is meant to be the princess. Let's face it, having him there go dressed could had been a important distraction, so your resolution not to permit that to occur on the marriage ceremony will also be understood. Your now providing to supply him the get dressed and spend the time to aid make it certain via having pictures interested by you on your robe is a VERY considerate and type gesture. Even if he declines and says "nah, do not fear approximately it", he's going to KNOW that you simply concept approximately him, that you simply cared, and that you simply attempted to make him blissful. I feel it is an exquisite gesture. :-)

well for starts i do. some do so because they feel somehow they are the wrong gender. some do so for lots of other reasons. the real and most important question is why does what we wear matter that much? a woman can wear hair long or short, as do men. she can wear pants or a skirt. but not a guy. who we are and the way we treat each other is more important than boxer's or panties. its what is inside us that counts.

It makes them happy!!

No, its not a serious matter. Unless you want to pick a fight or find someone to opress. Then by all means, go ahead and tell cross dressers that they are evil. Don't let me stop you from doing what makes you happy...

I cross-dress because it turns me on and I love the feel of women's clothes on my male body, plus I love women and it's fun to dress-up like them too.

Its only serious if it is to the person who is doing it. For some its just a sympton of a bigger issue TS like yours truley, for others its just for kicks but the point I am getting at is there is as many reasons as there are people who do it.

Cause they like wearing the clothes? Why would it be serious, just let people dress how they wish.

For all different reasons.
Some people like to shake things up a little, others like the way it feels, some are transsexuals and some are trying to get in touch with their sexuality and self.

You know it's not something I would do, but everyone has their own reason for what they do. I asked a Drag Queen once why he did it, he said because he liked to preform, had extra creativity, and wanted the extra attention, but that he loved it when all eyes were on him and that was a way that did it.
