Does it tell you it's been disconnected, or what?

I called someone and it said disconnected, but i dont see how it could be disconnected in one day. it was on yesterday.

it says something like this ...the number you are trying to call dose not except unknown callers to complete this call please dial*76

Depending on the phone service/ company it sometimes says . The number you are calling is not available
You have been blocked from calling this person/ number.

They changed their number, if it reads disconnected.

I think it tells you that your number has been blocked from calling them.
My ex somehow always knew.. so I'm guessing he was told.

says somthing like "this person doesn not wish to recieve calls from this number" go to a pay phone!!!

depending on carrier - some will give you the information that the party you're calling is refusing to answer -

Where I live(location) it says"I'm sorry the subscriber has blocked your number".Cold isn't it? :(
