Normally, the following day. However, since I've been using Sally Hansen's No-Heat Gel Wax Strips Hair Remove Kit, my legs actually remain smooth for up to 6-7 weeks!! (On the box it says 8 weeks) Nonetheless, I think it's great and cheap.

it actually depends on how often you shave, if you shave it every day you will feel it every day. I go to an all girls school and we all have little contest to see how long we can get it before we can't stand it anymore (yea the lack of guys really brings out the empitamy of bordom) any way when we let it go for two or three months we don't feel it again for another month or so once we shave it! In the summer I shave every day because you see guys again and you feel it the next day!

if i get goose bumps, then like right away.
but usually not for two or three days.
if you don't want to feel stubble for like seven days use veet. but i suggest testing it on a part of your leg before using it, because many people i know, including myself, are very allergic to it.
