If you had the power to change the Constitution, what one thing would you add or subtract that you believe would make the USA a stronger nation?

I would add the right to privacy as a guarantied right

First, I'd spell out some of the amendments a bit more clearly. Particularly, the 1st, 2nd, and 4th; lots of people I've met seem to have difficulties understanding what they say and what their intents were.

Aside from that, I would remove term limits on the office of president. We don't have them for Congress, why have them for the White House? If the people want the president to remain at that position, they should be able to keep him/her/it in power. I don't see the point of that one.

That and I would subtract the crap about the electoral college. Again, no other political vote operates that way, why should the vote for presidency?

I think the right to vote in the prez election (challenged in the 2000 shamlection by the FL legislature as something that can be taken away by a state with a legislatively appointed electoral college delegation) should be clearly spelled out as something that CAN'T happen. Down with Dictator Dumbya!!!

I would change the 14th Amendment so that a child born in the United States would be a citizen only if at least one of his/her parents were.

I would do away with the Electoral College. Let the people decide who the president should be.
