Is Jerry Springer's show real or staged? It's for entertainment purposes. Could or could not be. Only you can be the judge. It's mainly there just for gossip.

You can tell by looking at the content, it's all "sensational" stuff. There may be a grain of truth here or there in the stories, but almost all of it's made up to catch people's attention and make sales.
Totally a tabloid, webster's says:
tab·loid
–noun 1. a newspaper whose pages, usually five columns wide, are about one-half the size of a standard-sized newspaper page.
2. a newspaper this size concentrating on sensational and lurid news, usually heavily illustrated.
3. a short form or version; condensation; synopsis; summary.
–adjective 4. compressed or condensed in or as if in a tabloid: a tabloid article; a tabloid account of the adventure.
5. luridly or vulgarly sensational.
The photographers for the Star, etc., are the crazy "paparazzi" that follow around big movie stars.

Lol! My mom reads that magazine so I see it laying around the house all the time. I don't think its reliable, I just think it guesses. Like it kinda knows who is having trouble in their life and who is having a good time.

No. The thing about tabloids like this one is there are usually a very small number of correct articles , but the majority are incorrect or out right lies. The important thing to realize is : how do you tel which of the articles are correct.

For me it depends on the story, sometimes I tend to believe their stories, but sometimes I don't.
