The lives of others.

It was fantastic. Utterly brilliant. It is in German, and subtitiled, and it got the Academy Award for best foreign language film.
Yes, it is still showing at the theaters.
I was so bumbed out by the braindead writing of Shrek that ( I had loved the first two), this was like an oasis after searching for a movie that is remotely intellectually stimulating.

I highly recommend.

"An Unreasonable Man" the movie about Ralph Nader. Yes it was very good because I learned a lot about him and the things he has done for us, but it also made my stomach burn with disgust at the behavior from the 2 parties during the 2000 election.

I don't go to the movies very often, the last one I saw was "Are We Done Yet". It was ok, but not a good as I expected it to be. The first one was way better ("Are We There Yet")

Letters From Iwo Jima because it showed a side of the Japanese Army that I had never seen. But I wasn't sucked into Eastwood's depiction of them as just like us. I had already seen "Flag of our Fathers." It was good and interesting. I enjoyed it a lot because of the above reason.

I saw "Fracture" and I thought the movie was good, although I'm not too sure if the legalities were realistic. I liked the guy I was with too.
