I am on social assistance waiting for ODSP -PENSION but my worker is a HORRIBLE DOES NOT CARE YELLS AT ME SCREAMS IS IT POSSIBLE I CHANGE HER AND HOW ?

Notify her immediate supervisor and report her actions.There is no need for her acting like that so report her

Dont know for sure, but try requesting a different worker from social assistance as they must employ her, Good Luck
