It's always easier to find a job when you already have a job.

"The secret" is nothing new. These concepts have been around forever. If you want to follow it, more power to you. But follow common sense first, which is to look for a job now, not when you're unemployed. Unless of course you have several months expenses saved up, then go for it!!

I don't know what "the secret" is, but if you stay with a bad job, secrets will be all you'll have! Your mental health will be at it's best if you find a job you love. But the best advice I'd give you is to find one you like better BEFORE you quit the one you don't like. Unless you have a large nest egg to rely on during your search. Go do what you love!

Better to have the " better job " first, then leave your old job. The " Secret " is neither paying your rent or putting food on your table.
