or in a desert in the evening as the sun was setting and the moon was rising....you were fated to die there alone, critically injured or dying by some other means

i'd wait to see what Karma sent me,

hopefully it'd send me a sultan's harem caravan with wines and soft furs, and the good 'nurses' of the harem could tend me back to health.

That's the only kind of 'alone in the desert' I can get on with!

p.s
interesting new name dude, are you meaning to disappear? or are you expecting to get busted?

I'd much prefer to die as the sun was setting and the moon was rising...it sounds like a nice little backdrop. I must have had some interesting travels if I'm in a desert, so I would die happy, knowing I had pushed myself far and almost been successful. If I already knew that I was going to die, I would just prepare myself, and make the most of it. An interesting trip that would be though...going alone into the desert to die...

I would try to sike myself up for it...I would pray for a quick ending, or that a miracle would happen...But if I knew for sure that was my fate, I would make myself right with My Father and Jesus, and accept the fact, that this is what They wanted for me, and I would face it bravely and with trust and love.
