I'm on a budget and can't afford the airfare. Bus is my next best option? Which bus should I take?

The Greyhound bus leaves from downtown LA and Hollywood, seeing as the downtown depot is in the middle of a ghetto i would choose the far safer Hollywood Depot.

Flights with Southwest from Burbank airport just past the Hollywood hills to Vegas start at $29 one way while United only cost $39 (still cheaper than a one-way bus trip btw)

there must be a Greyhound. Go to the web site.
Even though I've driven the route several times, never saw a bus. But there must be some kind of transportation.

I would shy away from Greyhound, there is a bus that leaves from Chinatown in LA and drops you off in Chinatown in Las Vegas. It's about 18 dollars each way but only leaves once a day. I unfortunately don't know exactly where in Chinatown or when it leaves in Chinatown.
