No. A beating heart, a circulatory system... stopping it is murder. If the child could talk, would it tell you .. "Mom, you can kill me if you don't think you can handle the responsibility I will bring to you.."
A mother that kills a child because of post-partum is tried for murder. It is the same circumstance. They have ceased a beating heart.
If it is your body and you can do with it as you please, then protect yourself from unwanted pregnancy.
Regarding rape, as unfortunate as the act is, as cruel as the act is, and as mentally damaging as the act is, it is still not the fault of the child that was conceived. If in the act of a rape, seek out IMMEDIATE medical attention from the hospital, and precautionary measures can be taken before conception begins. Or, take your chances, and if you do become pregnant, and you choose not to keep the child, contact a good adoption agency. There are so many people that want a child and would take any unwanted baby.
Regarding tubal pregnancies - a tubal pregnancy will not and can not ever progress. The body will eventually abort the fetus. If the fetus is removed before the body aborts, than possibly irreversible damage can be prevented, and the mother can become pregnant again.

No it should not be legal to have an abortion. It also should not be "necessary" as some people feel that it is. Abortion for the most part exists because people do not respect life, marriage and morality. We would rather kill babies, then simply admit that we should live by a code of conduct that does not put ourselves or others at risk of death and disease. I've heard it said that everybody's worshiping something, and many are worshiping pleasure. 35 million abortions since 73, when will our hearts change?

oh cant wait to see where this goes... i dotn feel it should be legal. too many people use it as a form of birth control. and i dont agree with the "my body, my decision" b/c fact is, youre not hurting your body, your killing a baby's. so what, my baby, my decision? that wouldnt go over so well if you have a full term baby with shaken baby syndrome and dies, or you smother a baby, etc. so i dont see a difference. in cases of rape, or medically necessary for the mothers life/health is a tough decision; i still dont necessarily agree with it; im not a bible thumping religious person, but i do feel god does everything for a reason we may not understand. my great grandmother was raped and kept the baby (in the 1920's no less) so if she had an abortion, most of my family wouldnt be here! either way, youre killing a baby. it has a heartbeat, it has hands, feet, arms and legs, most of which are present before you even know youre pregnant. i feel if youre responsible enough to do what it takes to get pregnant, you need to deal with your choice. i dont want to hear that crap of why bring an unwanted baby into the world? IF YOU DONT WANT A BABY USE BIRTH CONTROL!! if thats big of an issue, use 2 forms!! i hate hate hate people who use abortion as a form of birth control. think of what you baby would be like today! would it have been a boy or a girl? would it have looked like you? would they be in school now? maybe they would have been top of the class; star football player, head cheerleader, etc... i could never deal with myself if i did that; yet i still wont disown a friend if they make the choice. i just dont agree with it.

I think it's wrong to have abortions and they should not be legal. If you have sex, you should be ready to take responsibility for your actions. Wouldn't it be so much nicer if people would use protection instead of kill babies. Killing a baby is the same as killing an adult, and just because the baby cant say or do anything yet doesnt mean it doesn't deserve to live. Abortion is cruel and irresponsible. Also, I know plenty of adopted kids who are doing very well! And I don't have to adopt someone elses kid, because I didn't take the easy way out and murder my child in the womb!

The task of a well mom is to elevate her youngster to independence. Then the youngster will have to be competent to make their possess choices. Abortion didn't weigh very prime with god as he didn't placed it within the 10 commandments. He did we're advised say "thou shalt now not kill", however turns out to have allowed it in such a lot of different instances(ie smiting philistines, sacrificing the primary born, plaguing egyptians to demise, now not affliction witches to are living, stoning adulteresses), that it's kind of difficult to look him thoroughly wholehearted in this one. I might under no circumstances love to be dogmatic on what the Lord desires. That might be very conceited. I in my opinion might like humans to take correct precautions to avert undesirable being pregnant. Abortion isn't most commonly a well factor however is great have shyed away from. Just from the factor of view of a girl's wellbeing and happiness. It will have to be a degree of final lodge.

I am appreciative we are able to make these important choices for ourselves! No birth control, except abstinence, is 100%. As awful and hateful as it is, rape happens. Unplanned teen pregnancy happens. Every child should be brought into this world in a capable and loving home. So, even if it's not the choice for you, it may be the best choice for someone else.

Yes, if it's not your body it's not your decision. There are plenty of reasons for an abortion. If you have somthing against it, why not start by adopting one of the kids in ophanages and foster care, whose parents didn't have an abortion. People who are "pro-life" piss me off because they aren't doing anything to fix the problem, they aren't taking responsibility for the unwanted children, so why should they have any say in what a women does with an unwanted fetus, I don't see any of you bible preaching hipocrites taking care of these children so why should they be born if they have NO ONE to raise and care for them.

SHOULD IT BE LEGAL... I think for medical reasons (ectopic, for example) and maybe rape, yes... not for being just being irrisponsible. USE BIRTH CONTROL DUMB ASSES... and don't forget your best friend the condom. :) Besides if you try soon enough... you can also use the PLAN B for that one time you didn't use anything there's so many options I dont agree with the whol "the government can't tell me what to do with my body" crap... fact is fact, you're killing a baby. it might be little but its still human, thats their body,, not yours.... Even animals treat their babies better than some humans do, they don't question it... whoa going a little off topic now. Ok... so I understand many times pregnancies are "mistakes" but SH*T! SHoulda been more responsible on PREVENTING that from happening....

Abortion is wrong...
But the government has no business telling me what I can and can't do with my body.
