This is gonna sound weird, but go to a beauty supply store and buy powder hair bleach and 40 volume developer. Mix the 2 together until you get a sour cream consistency. Cover the stain in the hair bleach and put a piece of foil on top of the bleach. Hit i with hot blow dryer checking every couple minutes. I do this all the time when I come home from work with haircolor on my whites. After the bleach lifted up the stain enough, throw it in the washer as normal. :)

Here is the answer to your cleaning needs. Not just your particular cleaning need, but for all sorts of cleaning needs. An old ancient chinese secret written about in the sacred scrolls.

Mix equal amounts of either dishwashing soap or a detergent appropriate for the task (such as laundry detergent in your case) with hydrogen peroxide (or more hydrogen peroxide for a stronger solution). Spray this or dab your stain with this mixture, let sit for 15 minutes, and wash as usual. It is damn amazing!

yes bleah any white parts in 3/4 water and 1/4 bleach and let it stay for a couple of hours or more that will take out any stain on whites but if you keep it in longer you will achieve a better result. I f you need to get a stain out on clothing that isnt white eg coloured then use vanish stain remover and soak it in there for a couple of hours it should come out then, good luck!

Try this...
Mix a capfull of Oxy-Clean (found at Wal-Mart and practially anywhere else) in a bucket of warm water. Allow the garments to soak. Check on them periodically, as you will notice the satin disappearing. When it is gone, toss garment into the wash, add another scoop of Oxy-Clean to the wash and proceed as normal.
