My friend sent me an e-mail telling me that he got stuck doing a split, and he needs help!
He typed me the message with a rake that fell on top of him!!

I take it he's outside and I hope it is early enough in the day where the postal carrier will be dropping by.....if your friend doesn't get sprayed with mace by the shocked postal carrier, he just may be able to get helped up.
