Get your best friend to help you out. You'll need a mirror, so you can see the hole. That's how I had to do it.

It's very normal and not weird to not know. We all had to ask someone for help.

Nope not weird at all when I started using tampons at thirteen I had no clue what the hell I was doing.

Ask your mom for some help, don't feel embarassed every chick has to deal with it. There should be a diagram that comes with the tampons and if you follow it really carefully, might take a couple tries, but you'll get the hang of it. You should also get the really thin ones so it doesnt feel uncomfortable or anything.

When you sit on the toilet, or stand with your foot propped up, you need to slant the tampon back a little to properly place it. It takes a few times to get the hang of it. That is just one of the "blessing" of being a woman. Just relax and it will fall into place. Good luck and God bless.

It's hard at first, especially if you have a small vagina.
Get some lubricant like KY jelly on the applicator, and it will slide in a lot better. That was the only thing that worked for me!

I know what you mean, like, I can get it in, but if I don't do it right, it hurts like a MOTHER. Just keep trying until it feels comfortable I guess. And when you put it in, kind of angle it toward your back almost. I don't know, I suck at explaining things.
