Luxray- thunder fang, thunder, charge, crunch
Staravia- Aerial ace, fly, close combat, wing attack
Dialga- roar of time, dragon fang, metal claw, ancientpower (just caught need advice).

Empoleon-I'd pick a different ice attack, get the TM for ice beam and teach it to empoleon, accuracy over streangth.
Luxray-you shouldn't have a pokemon know one than one attack of one type (electric) except in rare occasions.
Staravia-good
Dialga-good moveset.
I recommend you catch a ponyta and evolve it into a rapidash and get rilou and hatch it evolve it into lucarion on iron moutain.

First of all, what are the keveks of your pokemon? You need to get you Staravia to Staraptor. Your empoleon is probably LVL55 there ok you just need to train them some more

Interesting it look to me you have a great line up of pokemon. I wouldn't suggest you need any improvements.
