Nothing is not necessisarly wrong...it could just be the babies position. My dr won't even check for a heartbeat with a doppler until about 12 weeks bc she said usually they can't hear it before that. Did you dr check it with a doppler?

How did you hear it at 7 weeks, with an ultrasound? I've never heard of anyone having luck at 7 weeks of finding the heartrate with a dopplar. We heard ours that early from a vaginal ultrasound. Most doctors don't even check until around 11 or after. I went to the doctor the day before I was 12 weeks & was told chances are we wouldn't hear it & not to worry if we didn't. After looking though, it was there. If it was a doppler at 7 weeks, are you sure it was the baby's? You can usually hear your heartbeat as an echo, but, as I said, I've never heard of anyone hearing the heartbeat at 7 weeks unless it was with an ultrasound.
Either way I wouldn't be concerned, it's still very early & very common to not hear the heartbeat.

Nothing is wrong. It's just the baby was in a different positioning. We didn't hear the baby's heartbeat finally until I was about 19 weeks with the doctors microphone. The ultrasound picked it up everytime.

you arent able to hear the heartbeat at 7 or 9 weeks but since you did the baby is probably in a different position you will be able to hear it better around 12 to 14 weeks

How are you trying to hear the heartbeat? I'm assuming you had an ultrasound at the first. If you're trying to use a hand-held monitor that's the problem. The baby has probably moved.

Typically you can't hear the babies heart beat on a fetal heart monitor until you are 12 weeks. I would think that if your doctor wasn't concerned you shouldn't be either. Probably the baby was moving so much the Doctor couldn't find the baby. As long as you are still having pregnancy symptoms I wouldn't worry about it.

I wouldnt worry about anything at all. Sometimes babies move in a position that you cant get there heart beat. I am 11 weeks and 3 days and my dr. has seen the beat but cant hear it.

The baby could have moved....what has your doctor said? You could do an ultrasound to make sure the heart is still beating!!!
