lol cool. I tried it one summer but I dont remember how I did. But excuse me for the naivete---what is a double ringer? 2 in a row?

Love horseshoes but cant say that I've made a double ringer. Came close though. Second "would be ringer" bounced off stake and counted for 1; 4 all together. Congratulations on yours. Very impressive.

Oh yes....fun, fun.. Haven't played in years though so I imagine I wouldn't be able to now... I was hit in the toe with a horseshoe once too when I was a kid...ouch, ouch... lol

1 It is legal to beat your wife with a stick no thicker than your thumb on the court house lawn at noon, it was like one day a month but don't remember the day. #2 You can cary a loaded shotgun to and from church on sunday morning, on your left shoulder only. yes....in the 50's we had a big sand pit behind out home in Michigan....we played horseshoes....crochet....badmitton....football...etc etc...my dad was good at horseshoes...I wasnt very good...but I wasnt very old either....I liked to sit and make mud pies...and stone soup!

Yes..most definitely..a horseshoe player I be..and once I find my footing..look out for me..very competitive you see..
