My dad and I are redoing his old vette and he's giving it to me, I'm pretty much stuck with an orangeish interior. I would like black myself but it wouldn't look very good with the interior.

I would restore it back to the original color. This makes it more valuable.

Blue and Orange are complimentary colors, so they will look nice together, however I think that black and orange would look very 1980's. Put an orange stripe down the sides, or just on the hood, to tie the colors in together. Good Luck~

RED! My work colleague got an 87' Corvette and tried painting it black and silver and finally Red. Red worked out the best and it looked more upscale! Silver was only ok, but don't do black! It cheapens the look!

Dark blue. A midnite blue color would work withtheorangish interior.

I think black would look sharp with the orangish interior I am imagining. Remember you can't go wrong with red either.

Claret red with a light touch of Gold Pearl would look sharp in the sun .
