Which band do you think is better and why? Personally I think they're pretty much equal...but that's just my opinion.

Ooh tough choice and really difficult to compare as their so different. I like Villes voice better than Shadows but Syn and Zacky are an amazing duo...of course Linde is amazing too. I've loved HIM for longer than A7X and I've seen them live so I'd edge a little to their corner, but both still get 10 out of 10 in my book.

Avenged Sevenfold! They are one of the best bands in the WORLD! Their music rocks!

I prefer Avenged Sevenfold.......their older stuff only -- Waking the Fallen, Warmness on the Soul

Avenged ******* sevenfold man bottoms down and yeah city of evil was ok but i prefer awaken the fallen and sounding the seventh trumpet and plea for peace

New Avenged Sevenfold is cool cause they aren't emo anymore, but I still like HIM a little better cause they are more "Goth"

I Like them both, ive seen them both in concert but i have to say Avenged Sevenfold i wayyyyyyyyyyyyyy BETTER!!! Hope you agree

I think the only real answer is that they're too different to compare. H.I.M is Love Metal: romantic, gothic, and a bit pop. A7X is Metal: screaming, growling, angry, and heavy guitars. Not very similar at all, there's no comparison. So my official answer:

Sounding The Seventh Trumpet is one of my ten favorite CDs of all time. Too bad theyre emo now. A7X gets my vote either way
