Mullenburg's Turtle, also called Mullenburg's Bog Turtle, is a smallish species at about 4-5" as an adult. It is also endangered and very protected- poor choice for a pet.

Perhaps you mean 'Box Turtle'? These usually range 4-6" long as adults with some hitting about 7".

You can learn more about box turtles at http://www.boxturtlesite.info.
