intel e6600?

should i get a c2d e6600 now or wait until late july for the e6750 which will be faster and cheaper?

Yes, the 6750 is gonna be cheaper, but In july, intel will drop prices on the 6600 too. As with ALL technology, make do with what will meet your needs until a better one becomes cost efficient.

If you don't NEED it, wait. Technology will always get better and cheaper with time.
