You will continue to "feel bad" because it is going to take a week for your body to process all the fat and sugar you consumed for EACH donut.
Of course it is illegal to knowingly purchase stolen goods. It is as bad as if you stole them yourself.
Plus, in my book, it's not simply illegal. It is immoral and a mortal sin. Of course, God will take care of the matter on judgment day. He'll probably make you eat 10 dozen more and then allow you through the Pearly Gates.

Well, since you no longer possess them, there's not much the cops can do to you. Of course, eating 4 dozen glazed donuts should be punishment enough.

Are you crazy, man?
Not only is it illegal, can you imagine anything more likely to tick off the cops than buying donuts stolen from one of their favorite shops?

Some stolen donuts sound really good right about now. I guess some purchased donuts sound pretty good, too.

Purchasing any stolen goods is illegal. Theft is a crime... doesn't matter if the object's worth is only one cent it is stealing nonetheless. You already know the answer to this and thats why your conscience is making you feel bad about it.

I thinks it more the quantity of donuts rather than the guilt. You will pay for your ill gotten gains with your increased waist line.

If you know that they are stolen, yes. The specific crime is called "receiving stolen property."

Don't get caught. It would be embarrassing to go to prison for that then have to tell your cell mate Bruno "The Mauler" Jones what you were in for.
