By the way people, im moving from maryland to california which is my last stop. i chose cali because i want to become an actress and im thinking time consuming wise. so please help me. Again, Which one is better,moving to florida then cali from maryland or just moving to california to become an actress? both of them are pretty much the same distance...

I would just move to cali. I moved here from NJ, and just did it in one straight shot. I have been living here for the past 4 years and I loooove it. Florida sucks, trust me. I wouldn't move there. My mom lives there and it's not that cool.

I lived in California for a while and ran into many homeless people living on the streets of Hollywood. They were all wannabe actors/actresses. The best way to become an actress is to hire a talent angency in your local area to try and get you a job in a production. Agents will try to give you a role in a low budget movie if they can.
Moving to LA with no prospect except hope and a dream is the best way to go broke. You must first see if you have talent (by consulting an agency) then trying to get a job before moving.

First of all, Florida is MUCH closer to Maryland than California is. SInce you want to try to become an actress, I'm not sure why you'd bother to move to FL first. Just go on and move to California. It makes much more sense.

I would say juss go ahead and move to Cali since you said you are trying to be time consuming. And plus if you juss go ahead and move straight to Cali you have a better opertunity of going ahead and getting your career a really good jump off. So I wopuld say juss go ahead to Cali. Good Luck! If stupid Ashanti can become an actress then so can you.
