I've gotta eat about 5-6 meals a day. It's bad, but I might miss breakfast every once in a while. I get a coffee, though, so that's good, right? Helps with metabolism, and all.

I usually eat 3 meals a day, and I've been known to occasionally miss any of them, usually breakfast, though.

Every day, except on rare occasions when I'm tied up with something in the afternoon and miss lunch, but I always eat breakfast and dinner.

i still live w/ my parents and am in middle school so only miss breakfast if im SUPER late; during the summer i usually miss lunch

I usually eat five meals a day ----
breakfast--- oatmeal
snack --- fruit and cottage cheese
lunch --- fish and chips
snack --- Ruben sandwich
dinner --- mac and cheese
DO NOT SKIP BREAKFAST IT IS THE MOST IMPORTANT MEAL OF THE DAY AND YOU SLOW YOUR METABOLISM IF YOU DO NOT EAT IT!!!!!!!
