My all time favorite movie from the 80's was labriynth. Everyone will know who you are if you show up wearing something like sarahs big huge silver ball gown. Or you could go with her jeans, oversized white peasant top, and vest oufit that she wears the whole movie.
I recomment watching the movie cuz its very good, but otherwise google "labyrinth sarah"
Another princess type was in the movie Legend from 85 with tom cruise.
The first BATMAN came out in 89...
Beetlejuice in 88. Dress up like that dark girl wynona rider played.
You could play lea from starwars. Empire strikes back came out in 1980.

Why not try Freddy Kruger? The outfit is pretty simple apart from the gloves, but you can make them from a pair of 99p rigger gloves with the blades fashioned from cardboard covered in tin foil. I used this one to great effect myself a few years ago. Can make picking up drinks a bit tricky, especially when you've had a few.

Go on internet and look up Betty Boop. She has some nice sexy outfits. Look at some of them with items also. Favorite character to a lot of men and women.
