well, i had been doing okay.....my boyfriend and i broke up sunday cause he said he couldnt stop lying (and he had also cheated). i had a hard time sleeping, eating, breathing....everything. monday passed (this was the hardest) and tuesday passed too. and today, someone was asking me about what happened and i just started crying. today was the first time i had lunch and well, i just vomited cause i was crying so much. it was disgusting. i just wonder if he even misses me or thinks of me.

Yes. About 6 years ago my wife, and 2 sons, age 2 and 4 were killed by a drunk driver. He was laughing when I got to the scene and was yelling at ME that he was going to sue me for his car. I was crying and vomitting so much that I actually passed out and then I was given some kind of shot to basically make me a zombie.
Hopefully, you will begin to understand that there are many more trials and (hopefully, not many) traumas ahead in your life and just be happy that you do have loved ones around you for support.
Remember the good times that you had with your boyfriend, forgive, but don't forget, learn from your experience, and grow as an indiviidual.
Appreciate life. There is not a day that goes by where I don't. Not to say that there was quite a journey to get here.

I am very sorry to hear that you broke up. It is natural for you to be feeling this way but you'll find someone else that is 100 times better. No, I cannot say that I have ever cried so much that I vomited. I rarely cry and when I do I hold it back.

Honey...why do you want to be with a guy who lies and cheats...F**k him!!! I just recently went through a breakup and the first week is very very hard!!! The second week will be better!!! I got really depressed and didn't eat much either...All I wanted to do was take a shower and go to bed when I got home from work...Then I called some old friends and they were there for me. You have to keep yourself busy...Time heals all wounds sweetie....But the answer to your wuestion is yes I have..If a person gets that upset you can throw up...especially if you just ate!

Yes but im not sure if it was because i was crying. (and i was crying even after i threw up. but i think its because when you cry you gag depending on how hard you cried. this probably happened when i was like 5 or 6) Sorry about your problems and did he actually say that. This i way i wonder why girls get b/fs ats young ages. If i ever got a b/f and he broke up with me i probably wouldnt cry because ive been through so much to start crying now.

I have never thrown up from crying personally but I know others that have.
You're much better off without him. He lied and cheated and said he couldn't stop? Sounds like you should be throwing a party and drinking champagne to me. Get over the jerk and count your blessings, you're too good for that kind of treatment!

Ive been in the same boat as you..time and time again with my bf.And the younger they are the more immature and they just dont give a crap about anyone but their selves but u need to stand up for your self ...and let him know no matter how u feel about him you will be JUST fine with out him and with someone new.I know its hard to handle right now.....Its the worst f eeling in the world ...and its totally normal to feel this way as bad as it is.But you will realize ...u either want to put up with it and try to control the situation or just give him up and deal with this pain..it wont last forever although it seems that way right now.

aw darling thats horrible, yeah ive done the same - i cried so much but i hadnt eaten anything that day so i had nothing to throw up but i was having the motions. worst day of my life so far :( and yes im sure he wud think of you!

My girlfriend did something stupid (not saying what) and I almost broke up with her for it. She cried so much she puked. What was funny was that her mom walked in on her and thought she was pregnant. lol
