Filarski...sounds like something you'd puke up after a night of partying.

You answered your own question. However, Iwatch the View everyday and really enjoyed it this past year the Rosie was on. I give Elizabeth credit for never changing her stance on the president and the war every single day up there afgainst Joy and Rosie who are Democrats and liberals through and through. But, I have always been a bigger an of Rosie's. I do not agree with everything she says but I still like her. I hope to see her back on tv in the future. Until then, I will continue to watch her video blogs on rosie.com

Someone who spent a few weeks on an island starving herself goes on to sell tennis shoes. She becomes a political science expert, a foreign policy expert and a investigative journalist while spending an hour a day on a talk show that features cooking and shopping. Yeah, her opinion is based on intelligence LMAO

If Elisabeth is so in want of the conflict in Iraq then she could desire to deliver her hubby Tim there to combat. Her rhetoric could replace somewhat right away then. Alicia Silverstone became into basically letting Elisabeth comprehend the place she stood by potential of snubbing her. bypass Alicia!

That's kind of cool. Going from selling tennis shoes, to becoming a well known public figure. Not to mention, ripping Rosie a new asshole. I'm beginning to like this girl. Don't hate her for being famous. I like seeing a normal person becoming famous. So let me get this straight. Every person in Cranston, R.I. has the same political views?

I don't think people actually take Elisabeth seriously. But people do not like Rosie, so Lis was sort of a speaker of the Rosie haters and a chance for them to champion someone, anyone, against her.
This time next year, "The View" will be canceled and Lis will be yesterday's news just like any other "survivor" contestant.

These childish elementary playground remarks about Elizabeth sound so petty. So what if her birth name is Filarski? So what if she once sold tennis shoes for a living? A lot of other famous people have waited tables, worked at fast food restaurants, and did whatever they could to pay their bills. It's not like she was a hooker, or a drug dealer, or a thief. She was making an honest living.

Does anyone not know that she hosted on that clothing show, "The Look for Less."
She didn't go immediately from Survivor to The View.
She earned her props.
I'm not saying she didn't annoy me on the show, but we did like that show and watched it a lot. I had no idea she had been on Survivor.

The buzz on Elisabitch is that she became Conservative Republican when she allegedly converted to Christianity. Even Donald Trump said she wasn't the brightest person on television. Hardly anybody takes her seriously, as all she does is parrot every lie ever told by the Bush administration, and there is a vast majority of Americans who oppose the war, and do not support the President.
Check this quote about her in "The View" section on jumpingtheshark.com:
"I had given up on this show long ago, but I tuned in recently when I heard Elizabeth Filarski was added to the panel. I really liked her on Survivor, but man, she needs to keep her vapid political opinions to herself. She was saying how the U.S. is so much safer since we invaded Iraq, when she was asked how, she said Saddam had been brutal to his own people. When someone pointed out to her that maybe that meant Iraqi's were safer, but that still doesn't explain how the U.S. is safer, she replied, and I'm not kidding, "we're all part of the human family, so we're interconnected that way". I just about fell out of my chair, I wonder if she realized how moronic that reasoning is, there are oppressed people all over the world, and while that is tragic, it doesn't affect the security of the U.S. one iota. Should we invade and take over every country that has a mean leader? Good gosh, Elizabeth, your pretty to look at, but keep that yap shut, unless it's about fashion or something, anything else and your in way over your head."
There are other comments in that section that focuses on her lack of mental reasoning, including one calling her "ditzoid Liz." This should pretty much answer your question.

a lot of people make a few bucks, change their names and their political affiliation. Actually, there would be no republican party if they didn't.
Forgetting where you come from seems to be the American way, has been since the first arrivals at Ellis Island...maybe that's why little Lizzy is so popular.
