Biological creature???
I would create a new type of creature maybe an amphibian which would have some traits of a rat one such as its ability to bite through almost anything and a flexible agile body. It would be able to feed on sewage by absorbing it through its skin. It would also have the roache's ablility to withstand nuclear energy and be able to survive for at least a month without its head. It would regenerate its limbs sort of like a lizard regenerates its tail it would never starve to death because it could use the sewage as its secondary food source its primary food source would be rats and roaches (diminishing the insect and rodent population to have less mice and roache in resident domciles
