The body probably would be pretty interesting... But any clothing, jewelry, objects buried with the body would probably be even more interesting to me. So yes I'll do it! :)

Not me personally, I already saw a Body actually Three Bodies that were 800 years old. In the Vaults of St Michans Church an Old Viking and Norman Church in Dublins Church Street Ireland. One is reckoned to be a Knight back from the Crusades an extremely tall man with a Sword and one is thought to be a Criminal with his hand lopped off and the other is thought to be a Nun. It is said to be lucky to touch one on the Hand, so I was told but I declined. This Church was Vandalised an awful lot in the past unfortunately so if you can when next on a visit to Ireland do stop by for a visit before they close the Vaults completely for security. The Scientists are always interested in old Dead Bodies because they can tell the Health of the Person, what food and what Diseases, if they had VD etc, how tall were the People etc from that Era etc.

I was taking anatomy and physics in High school( I graduated last week) and while dissecting cats and fetal pigs, it made me curious about the human body. Also I was lucky to see Body World 3 in Houston and that just pushed me to want to study humans. So yeah I would like to dig up a corpse from the 1800's, of course it would have to be legal and for a scientific purpose.

You can see stuff like that and older bodies if you watch the right shows on TLC, Discovery, The History Channel or even PBS.

Yes, and see what artifacts such a clothing ..buttons..jewlery, etc.. that was buried with that person. You can really tell a lot about a person from the excavated grave. How they lived, what they ate how they died their age..it is fascinating
