Your rights end where my rights begin and visa versa. Rights are not all about getting your own way. It's about not being abused by others trying to get their own way. There's often alot of compromise. But one determining factor is if you getting your own way violates, damages, or kills my body or the bodies of my loved ones, then you definitely have over stepped your bounds. You also don't have a right to my property, my time, etc. You only have a right not to be infringed upon, damaged, violated, killed, and to your own time and property. Rights are simply a system of boundaries for adults working within a civilized legal system.

There are no rights that impinge on the rights of others, there are no rights that require anyone else to do anything.
You have the right to do anything you are capable of doing on your own, as long as it does NOT inflict on someone else's right. For example, you have the right to swing a baseball bat, but that right stops at the back of my head.
You have no right to healthcare at all, but you do have the right to seek willing providers of it at a price you are willing to pay. For you to have a right to healthcare, that would presume someone has the obligation to be a doctor or a pharmacist.
You have a right to sit at home all day, but only if you pay the mortgage or rent. No one has the obligation to provide you a place to sit all day.
Rights only conflict when someone is confused about what a "right" actually is.

Freedom of Speech...to have the freedom of speech means you have the right to offend someone. We have slowly allowed a new right of the "right to NOT be offended" here in our country. But if someone can be "offended" by speech and then the person that speaks it can be punished, then we no longer have Freedom of Speech.
Read the Constitution folks...there is NO right to NOT be offeneded in this country!

Your right to swing your arm ends where my face begins.
And as for being "okay" with that, well, whoever defends their right better will prevail.
