We spent Millions on Katrina and are still spending. AIDS in Africa could very well spread in epidemic proportions worldwide....I think it is called a Common sense approach.
Katrina was an act of god...Insurance will cover most of it....shame on those that dont have insurance...

There have been billions upon billions spent on Katrina. Ask Nagin and Blanco what they did with the money.
Last week congress added $25B in pork to the Iraq spending bill, they should have no problem finding another 30.

What are you talking about? The US government has spent tons of money in the areas that were devestated by Katrina.
You don't have too look too hard to find articles about the government wasting money or someone scamming the government to get to the money that was spent down there.
