The key to choosing colors is determine your skin tone. Here's how:
Warm skin tone:
1. Look at inner wrist - veins will appear green.
2. Gold jewelry is more flattering than silver jewelry.
Cool skin tone:
1. Look at inner wrist - veins will appear blue.
2. Silver jewelry is more flattering.

I'm going to guess that burgundy, rich amethyst and sapphire blue would look good on you but you should really check out the article & consider your skin tone.

browns, reds, orange.. all earth tones basically... u can carry bright colours like turquoise blue, sea green, but just make sure u combine them with neutrals like black, white or grey..
dont clash combinations coz if u break colours drastically , they make u look short..
i particularly favour an all black outfit for evening wear
cheers.

peachy colors look beautiful on every one. in the winter and fall months i would wear greys and soft browns and blacks cut w/ lighter pastels. in the summer in spring i would wear muted brights, like copper red, mossy green, soft pinks, etc
