Does it make it easier to remember which name to screem out in the heat of passion when all you have to do is screem out your own name?

Weird ... maybe disturbing, at times ... certainly, confusing!
Have not run into that many people with my first name, though.

I'm not sure about your reasoning there. My wife and I have the same middle name. we don't scream it out for any reason.
