Should men avoid staring at brazenly/lewdly dressed women?

I live in a country now where dress code is extremely strict for both sexes. I have to admit that not seeing half naked women on the street makes it much more relaxed and stress free to walk on the street. We, men, can't control that impulse that makes us stare at hardly covered boobs or butts and I find it ridiculous that some women dress extremely lewdly and then get annoyed when a man looks at her. If it is so annyoing, why not dress a bit more moderately? Or is the annoyance fake? Any thoughts, folks?

Women who dress provocatively do it to be noticed by men or Puddy Tat . She enjoys the attention. Men will always stare and enjoy the view. It is like flirting, just a bit of harmless fun and part of human nature.

The true answer to this question is the one you already know. Deep down you know. Everyone on here knows. The media, the politicians, even the activists know. The problem is openly acknowledging it. It is because of this lack of open acknowledgement you are even asking the question even though you know the answer. In all actuality it's not an answer or opinion you want. You want an admittance. Which is understandable as that tells me you are young. I gather that because such a desire only means you lack the understanding of how much the political climate in western society drives everything else. Once you get older and realize these aspects of society you will realize many of these controversial questions have a FAR simpler answer than what media would have you believe. Slowly youll come to realize it is not the answer that is important but how its said.

I think men have every right to stare at women who are dressed like hookers. First of all, WHY do they dress like this? Answer: Because they WANT the attention. They're bragging--showing off their bodies--etc. Be careful though, because 99% of these women will give you an "eat sh!t" look or say something nasty to you for looking at them. Well excuse the hell out of me, but if they don't want the attention, maybe they should cover themselves up!

Look i am no man, but if i see something that looks good, i will prob stare for a min. i don't mean stare like a stalker, but i will say 'damn that looks good" Like when i see a cool classic car out there. If i am with a guy and a very pretty girl walks buy, i am not going to get mad because he looks at her. Its a natural thing to look at good looking people or things. Some ladies dress that was wanting men to look at them, but that does not mean men should sit there and ogle them for min on end.
