A Runtime error is part of a program's error code. We will need to know the program which is giving this error before we can be sure, but If you are getting this on many sites, I'd consider it to be Java. Upgrade your Java and see if that helps.

Start - Control Panel - Java
Go to the UPDATE Tab.
